By accessing or using the Site or our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Site or use our Services.
Sytnaya-Svekla provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties throughout Canada. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialized cleaning services as described on our Site or as agreed upon in a separate written agreement.
All Services are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred service date and time, but we cannot guarantee availability for specific dates or times. Services will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, staff illness, or emergency situations.
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning team has access to the service location at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access to your property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply as outlined in our cancellation policy.
The rates for our Services are as listed on our Site or as quoted to you directly. Rates may vary depending on the size of the property, the type of service requested, the frequency of service, and other factors. We reserve the right to change our rates at any time, but any rate changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
Any estimates or quotes provided are based on the information you provide and our assessment of the service requirements. If the actual conditions differ from what was described or expected, additional charges may apply. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any additional charges before proceeding with the Service.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site or communicated to you directly. For recurring services, we may require setting up automatic payments or advance deposits.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received within 30 days of the service date, we reserve the right to suspend future services until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to the full service cost.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your service at a mutually convenient time. If we must cancel a service and cannot reschedule at a time that works for you, a full refund will be provided for any prepaid services.
If you are not satisfied with our Services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and, if necessary, return to remedy any issues. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion.
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services that meet or exceed industry standards. Our cleaning teams are trained professionals who follow established cleaning protocols. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or soiling, especially those that are permanent or require specialized treatment beyond standard cleaning procedures.

Sytnaya-Svekla maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations, including general liability insurance. However, our liability is limited as outlined in these Terms.
If you believe that our cleaning team has damaged an item or surface during the provision of Services, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate any claims promptly. Claims made after 24 hours may not be considered. We reserve the right to request documentation of the damage and its value.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our maximum liability for any damages arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that caused the damage. We are not liable for:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sytnaya-Svekla, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current. Before filing a claim against Sytnaya-Svekla, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We will try to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after such notification, either party may pursue legal remedies.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue there.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Sytnaya-Svekla on the Site, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Sytnaya-Svekla concerning your use of the Site and Services.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Sytnaya-Svekla's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Sytnaya-Svekla shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond Sytnaya-Svekla's reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, pandemic, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities, terrorist activities, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, or labor difficulties.
